Elev8te Business Services (“Elev8te”, “we”, “us”) provides corporate services, finance operations and business advisory in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, company, email address, telephone number.
• Enquiry content: what you tell us about your company and needs.
• Engagement data: information required to deliver our services, including identification documents, director and shareholder particulars, statutory records, financial information and payroll data.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit this website, such as pages requested.

3. How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals and scopes of work.
• To provide the services engaged, including filings and lodgements with ACRA, IRAS, CPF Board and other authorities.
• To meet our own legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-client requirements applicable to registered filing agents.
• To administer the client relationship, including invoicing and correspondence.

4. Disclosure

We disclose personal data only where necessary to deliver our services or comply with law, for example to regulators and government agencies, to banks and auditors where you have asked us to coordinate with them, and to service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable Singapore law and professional record-keeping obligations. Data no longer required is securely disposed of.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, for instance where a service provider hosts data abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

7. Protection

We apply reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for purposes that are not required by law or by an ongoing engagement. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services.

9. Website analytics and cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
